1 box (7 oz.) spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
2 cups cubed,cooked turkey
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 pkg fresh mushrooms,chopped (or 2 4-oz canned mushrooms)
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp pepper
additional shredded cheddar cheese (for the top)

Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl; add the next 8 ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375º for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.
