1 8 Oz. plus 1 4 Oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Lemon Juice (3 Tablespoon Juice or to taste).
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs, separated
1 20-Oz. Can Crushed Pineapple, drained
CRUST:
20-22 Squares (1 1/4 Cup) Graham Crackers, finely crushed.
3 Tablespoon Sugar
3/4 Stick Butter (6 Tablespoon), melted

Directions:
Directions:
Soften Cream Cheese and Butter to room temperature. Mix Sugar and Egg Yolks, blend as you add Milk slowly, then Lemon Juice. Beat Egg Whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Crushed Pineapple to be used in bottom of crust.

CRUST: Mix all ingredients together. Chill 1 hour before filling or bake in 350º oven for 8 minutes. Cool, chill and fill. If desired, pie pan may be buttered.
