1/2 pkg. Pillsbury Sugar Cookie roll
1/2 c. sugar
10 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. vanilla
20 oz. canned peaches, drained
2 bananas
1 box strawberries
1 small bunch seedless green grapes
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
dash of salt

Crust: Slice sugar cookie roll very thin; cover pizza pan mashing and patting to cover. Bake

Cheese Layer: Beat together 1/2 cup sugar, cream cheese and vanilla and spread on cooled crust.

Fruit Layer: Arrange fruit on top of the cheese layer. Different fruits may be used to suit your taste: pineapple, apricots, kiwi, etc. Used fresh, canned or both.

Topping: Blend cornstarch with water first, then add remaining ingredients: 3/4 c. sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and salt. Heat to boiling; boil 1 minute. Let cool and spread on fruit. Sealing the edges. Refrigerate. Serve cooled.

OR for topping - melt a little apple jelly and brush over fruit: Refrigerate and serve cooled.
