1 pkg. Lemon cake mix
2 cups thawed cool whip
1 egg
1/2 c. powdered sugar sifted on wax paper

Directions:
Directions:
Stir above ingredients well until mixed (do not beat). Drop by the teaspoon into powdered sugar on the wax paper, roll to coat and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until light golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and cool.
