1 cup real mayonnaise
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup sour cream
1-4 oz. can chopped jalapeños (cut this in half if you don't like spicy)
1-4 oz. can chopped green Chile's
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1-1 oz. packet of dry ranch dressing mix
1/2 tsp. minced garlic

1. Throw all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
2. Enjoy as a chip dip, salad dressing, or sauce!
3. Refrigerate any leftovers- the flavors meld and get better overnight.

I used only a half of a small can of jalapeños and green chilies since Janet is not a fan of real spicy food. That still gave it a decent kick though. Also, use fresh cilantro. Makes a world of difference.
