2-3 different types of peppers chopped small
1 onion chopped
olive oil, couple of shakes of red pepper, salt and garlic
one lb. ground turkey or beef
McCormick taco seasoning
28 oz chick peas
14 oz dark red kidney beans
14 oz light red kidney beans
14 oz black beans
Small can corn
Small can chopped chilies
2 14oz cans Rotel
2 14oz cans chili style tomatoes
shredded cheddar
sour cream
guacamole

Directions:
Directions:
Fry peppers,onion, red pepper, garlic and salt in olive oil
Cook meat and add taco seasoning
Add all this to crock pot with next 8 ingredients
Cook 6-8 hours on Low
Garnish with shredded cheese, sour cream and/or guacamole
