5-3/8 ounces Mascarpone Cheese
2 ounces Cream Cheese
3 Tbsp+2 Tbsp white Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
3 Tbsp+1ounce Marsala
24 Lady Fingers, French-style
2 cups espresso or *very* strong coffee
1/2 cup warm water
7 ounces heavy whipping cream
3 Tbsp powdered sweetened Cocoa mix

Cream Mixture:

In an electric mixer, whip the sugar and egg yolks on high speed until pale yellow and thick. With mixer on medium speed, add cream cheese and whip until smooth.

Add Mascarpone and Marsala. Mix until incorporated.
Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate.

Prepare Espresso Mixture:

Combine espresso, additional Marsala, sugar, and warm water.

Assembly:
Dip ladyfingers in espresso mixture.
Place one layer of dipped ladyfingers on bottom of serving platter.
Top with one layer of cream mixture.
Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers.
Sift powdered Cocoa over cream top.
