1-1/2 ground beef
1 medium onion
1 - 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1 - 10.5 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 - 10 oz. can enchilada sauce, mild
1 small can green chiles, mild - chopped
1 dozen corn tortillas, tear up in small pieces
1/2 lb.. or more longhorn cheese, grated

Directions:
Brown meat & chopped onions. Add chiles, soups & sauce. Cook till well mixed. Place tortillas on bottom of 9"x13" baking dish. Cover with layer of meat sauce, layer of cheese. Alternate with layers of tortillas, meat sauce & cheese. Bake at 350ª for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
