1 chicken broiler/fryer, cut up
2-3 tbsp. hot fat
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 c. regular rice
1 lb. shelled shrimp
1 frozen lobster tail, cut up
2 c. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, sauté chicken parts until golden brown in fat and reserve the chicken.
Simmer onion and garlic in same fat until tender.
Add water, bouillon cubes and seasonings to saucepan, stir and bring to a boil.
Add rice to pan and simmer over medium heat about 15 minutes. Add peas and seafood to pan, return the chicken parts and simmer, covered for 1/2 hour. Add more water as needed. Mixture should be thick.
