6 eggs
6 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups milk
1 teas. salt
1 teas. dry mustard
1 cup of cooked bacon cut in pieces or 1 lb or cooked, drained sausage
2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs & dry mustard. Add milk. Stir in bread cubes, cheese & sausage or bacon. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan.
Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 for approx. 45 minutes, until set.
