2 Cups chopped walnuts (or pecans)
2 cups sugar
1 lb. Butter (real butter)
2 cups choc. morsels

Grease jelly roll pan. Combine 1 cup nuts and 1 cups choc. chips. Spread evenly in jelly roll pan.

Combine 1 cup nuts and 1 cup choc. chips. Set aside.

Melt butter and sugar in saucepan and stir until candy thermometer reaches 300 degrees. (Approx. 15-21 minutes).
STIR CONSTANTLY.

Immediately pour into jelly roll pan. Spread remaining nuts and chips (that were set aside) into. Press down.

Refrig. 1 hour. Break into pieces.
