1 can ripe olives, drained
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
1/3 c. light sour cream
1/3 c. finely sliced green onions
8 slices bakery Italian bread
8 slices (1 lb.) Deli mesquite turkey
1 large tomato, sliced into 8 slices
1 large Hams avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced into 16 slices
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In medium bowl, mix olives, chili powder, cumin, salt; set aside 2 tablespoons in small dish. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, and green onions to remaining olive mixture; stir until well combined.
Place bread slices on parchment-lined baking sheet. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture onto each slice of bread. Top with 1 turkey slice and 1 tomato slice. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture over turkey/tomato. Top with 2 avocado slices and about 1/4 cup cheese.
Sprinkle with reserved olive mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
