1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
2 cans cream corn
4 large potatoes mashed
Olive oil, salt, pepper.

Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes, boil potatoes until tenders. While potatoes are cooking, saute chopped onions then add in ground beef, cook until well browned, drain excess oil. Put all the cooked beef into 13x9 inch pan, cover with both cans cream corn, and then mashed potatoes.
Do not cover, bake until potatoes are browned on top and casserole is bubbling.
Bake 375º for 30 min.
