4-5 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
6 cups of rice krispies

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together. Add the rice krispies and pour on a cookie sheet to harden. Break into bite size pieces and mix with slightly melted ice cream. Put into a bundt pan or angel food cake pan and freeze. (I use an angel food cake pan.) You need to let it sit out for a few minutes before serving. Cut in wedges

This is a frequently requested birthday cake in our family. The recipe was given to me by my mother who was known as Mamu to her grandchildren.
