2 16 ounce cans refried beans
16 ounces sour cream
1 pound cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 jar salsa
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon celery salt
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon cumin
1 large bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the spices together in a bowl. Set aside. Take a pizza pan or casserole dish and spread refried beans evenly over the entire pan. Sprinkle spices over beans. Spread sour cream over the spice mixture. Spread salsa over the sour cream. Top with cheese. Scoop with tortilla chips.
