4 lbs ground beef
2 large onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
8 garlic cloves, pressed
5 cups water
2 – 14 ˝ ounce cans of diced tomatoes, with liquid
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 – 16 ounce cans of kidney beans, with liquid
3 tablespoons dried oregano
3 tablespoons cocoa
3 tablespoons ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 ˝ teaspoons ground red pepper
1/3 cup chili powder
Shredded cheddar and chopped onions for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef, then rinse and drain
Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic in large stock pot until soft.
Add remaining ingredients, except for kidney beans and cook one hour.
Add beans and cook until heated through.
Garnish with cheese and chopped onions.
