2 T. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 T. all-purpose flour
1 T. curry powder
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. canned pumpkin
1 T. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large saucepan, add mushrooms and onion and cook until tender.
Stir in flour and curry powder; gradually add chicken broth and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture is thickened.
Stir in pumpkin and next 4 ingredients; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes; stir in milk until thoroughly heated.
