2 cups cooked corned beef, diced or shredded
1 cup or 16oz jar sauerkraut, squeezed and drained
2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/4+ cup Thousand Island dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Oven: Mix everything, place it in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350F oven until bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.

Slow Cooker: Mix everything, place it in the slow cooker and cook until the cheese is nice and melted about 1 hour on high or 2-4 hours on low.
