1/2 c. sliced rhubarb
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp sweetener (honey, agave nectar or maple syrup)
1/2 tsp vanilla

1.Combine ingredients together in food processor and mix to desired consistency.

2.Pour into glass jar; cover refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

3.Store jam in refrigerator.
