1 (6.5 oz) pouch cornbread mix
1 1/2 cup(s) leftover corn
1 large egg
1/2 cup(s) milk
1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
Serve with: honey or maple syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1.In a medium bowl, combine cornbread mix, corn, egg and milk. Let mixture stand 5 minutes.

2.Pour the oil into a large nonstick skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Drop heaping tbsp. of batter into hot oil; cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Flatten with spatula after turning.

3.Serve warm or at room temperature with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
