4-5 chicken breasts - pounded very, very thin seasoned with
Garlic Pepper, Seasoned salt, and Accent)
2 Poblano peppers (Roasted in oven and skin removed)
1 Large 1015 onion - sliced thin
2 Large chicken bouillon cubes (Knorr's)
1 stick butter
1/4 cup flour
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Salt/Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken very, very thin. Season and grill on grill or sauté in pan.
Cut chicken into thin strips.
Sauce:
Take roasted Poblano peppers, Peel and cut into thin strips.
Saute onion slices in butter, Dredge Poblano peppers in flour and add to the sautéed onions and sauté. Microwave bouillon cubes in 1/2 cup water until cubes are melted and add to sauté pan. Blend together well and add whipping cream, cilantro, salt and pepper. Blend well. Add chicken pieces to blend for 15 minutes. If mix is too thin, add remaining flour to 1 Tbls. cold water and blend. Then add to mixture to thicken up.
Serve on tortillas,
