10 Apples sliced thin
1/2 cup sugar/substitute
1 Tbsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp Tapioca Flour

Topping Option #1:
1/2 cup almond flour
1 1/2 cups GF oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar/substitute
1 box sugar-free pudding
3/4 cup butter/substitute
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Topping Option #2:
3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup GF oatmeal
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar/substitute
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apple ingredients. Put into a greased 9x13 pan (2 pie crusts or individual ramekins). Mix crumble mixture with a fork or pastry blender and put over the top. Bake at 375º for 40min then 425º for a few minutes to brown if needed.
