•1.5 pounds ground pork
•1/4 cups green onions, diced
•1 teaspoons ginger, freshly grated
•1/2 teaspoons sea salt
•1/2 teaspoons pepper
•1 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped
•2 Tablespoons GF soy sauce
•8 each pineapple slices

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine pork, green onions, ginger, sea salt, pepper, cilantro and soy sauce. Form into equal sized patties. Grill sliders over medium high heat 5 minutes each side. Grill pineapple rings 2 minutes each side. Top burger with pineapple ring and serve.

Freezing Directions:

Mix and form patties per above directions but do not cook. Divide patties into gallon freezer storage bags, separating each patty with a square of waxed paper, label and freeze. TO SERVE: Thaw. Grill sliders over medium high heat, 5 minutes each side. Grill pineapple rings 2 minutes each side. Top burger with pineapple ring and serve.
