4 cups chicken broth
1 lb. chowder mix
3 stalks celery
1/3 cup onion
2 T. margarine
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
3 medium carrots, thinly sliced
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prepare broth. Thaw fish.

In a 3-quart saucepan, cook celery and onion in hot margarine over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until tender, but not browned, stirring often.

Add broth. Stir in potatoes, carrots, dill weed,salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 10 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender, stirring occasionally.

Add fish and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, stirring once.
