½ cup butter/margarine
½ cup oil
1 ¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup milk
2 ½ cups flour
¼ cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ tsp baking powder
2 cups zucchini, grated
½ cup mini-chocolate chips

Topping:
1 cup mini-chocolate chips
¾ cup chopped nuts (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the butter, oil, sugar and eggs. Add vanilla, mix in milk, and add dry ingredients. Fold in zucchini and ½ cup choc chips. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan. Mix choc chips, nuts (optional), cinnamon and brown sugar, sprinkle over batter. Bake at 325 for 55 minutes. Best if served warm so choc chips are melted yet!
