30 Oz. Kroger Frozen Country Style Hash Browns
3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 stick butter or marg.
1 pint of sour cream
1/3 cup chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in microwave. In a large bowl, add sour cream, onion, salt and pepper to melted butter. Add 2 cups of cheese.
Mix in well with the frozen hash browns. Spray large casserole pan (11 x 13) with Pam. Spread mixture in a large casserole. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until mixture is lightly browned and bubbly. (Be careful that top does not get too brown - may need to check and lightly cover top with foil until completely cooked.)
