•4 cups jovial einkorn flour
•1 cup water, warm
•2 tsp. dry active yeast
•1 tbsp. honey
•1 tsp. sea salt

Directions:
Directions:
1.Dissolve yeast and honey in water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2.Combine salt and flour in a large mixing bowl.
3.Add wet mixture, knead in the bowl until combined.
4.Remove dough from the bowl and knead on a clean work surface until smooth.
5.Transfer back to mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
6.Remove dough, roll into a loaf and place in an oiled 8” x 4” loaf pan. Cover with plastic wrap.
7.Let rise for 30 minutes.
8.Bake in preheated oven at 375°F for 35-40 minutes.
9.Let cool before slicing.

Additional Tips
•Substitute 1:1 with regular wheat flour for bread, but reduce water by roughly 20%.
•Knead bread dough at low speeds for a few minutes or by hand for better bread.
