1 c. fresh chopped strawberries
1/2 c. fresh diced pineapple
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp Hy-Vee honey
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 3)
1/2 tbsp Hy-Vee Select olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
1 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1.To make salsa, stir together strawberries, pineapple, cilantro, lime juice and honey. Set aside.
2.Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
3.Rub chicken breasts with oil. Sprinkle each with salt and black pepper.
4.Bake for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
5.Serve with strawberry salsa.
