2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup applesauce
3 cups grated zucchini
3/4 cups chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan (may use a bundt pan instead).
2. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add the eggs, oil and applesauce, and mix well. Fold in nuts and zucchini until evenly distributed. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 50-60 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake completely before frosting with your favorite frosting.
