1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 (8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups brownies, cut into 1-inch cubes
whipped cream

Directions:

1. Form crust with crumbs & butter. Press onto bottom of 9" spring form pan.
2. Melt chocolate morsels in microwave, 20 seconds at a time, stirring after each until thoroughly melted.
3. Beat cream cheese at high speed of electric mixer, gradually adding sugar, then eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
4. Add sour cream, vanilla, and salt, and mix well. Add melted chocolate and mix until thoroughly blended.
5. Fold in brownie cubes by hand.
6. Pour batter into prepared spring form pan.
7. Bake at 350º for 55 - 60 minutes or until set. Let cool to room temperature on wire rack. Chill at least 8 hours.
8. To serve, remove sides of pan. Garnish with whipped cream.
