1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
11 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup confectioner's sugar
4 tablespoons triple sec or orange juice
Fresh fruit (strawberries, bananas, melons, kiwi, pineapple, berries, etc.), slice or cubes
1/2 cup apple or currant jelly (or any clear jelly)

1. Press cookie dough onto greased 14" pizza pan or into two 8-inch tart pans and bake according to cookie directions. Cool.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and 2 tablespoons of triple sec (orange juice) until fluffy. Spread over cooled crust.
3. Arrange fruit decoratively on crust.
4. Melt jelly with remaining 2 tablespoons triple sec (orange juice) and brush over fruit to glaze.
5. Cut in wedges to serve.
