8 oz. medium noodles
1 cup chopped onion
2-3 T. Butter
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1/2 medium red pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
2 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup sliced green pimiento stuffed olives
1 can marinated artichoke hearts, drained and halved
1 can drained mushrooms
Buttered bread crumbs (panko)
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles until tender. Drain well Saute onion in butter. stir in peppers and cook 1 minutes longer. In large bowl blend mushroom soup, sour cream, salt and pepper. Add cooked noodles, ham, chicken , olives, mushrooms and artichoke hearts.

Mix gently and spoon mixture into buttered casserole. Cover with buttered panko crumbs and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
