1-24 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 pints of heavy whipping cream
2 1/2 Tbs. unsalted butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
fresh raspberries
4 pkgs. pre-made phyllo cups

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1/2 pint heavy cream, butter and chocolate chips in double boiler and stir over lightly simmering water until melted and combined. Whip remaining heavy cream, powdered sugar, cream of tartar and vanilla to soft peaks. Pour 1/3 of melted chocolate into whipped cream mixture and gently fold to combine. Pour the next 1/3 of chocolate in and continue to fold gently until combined. Repeat with remaining 1/3 of chocolate being careful not to over mix. Pour mousse into Tupperware container, cover and refrigerate. (can also be frozen) Fill phyllo cups with a teaspoon of chilled mousse and top with a fresh raspberry. A sinful delight!
