2 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
4 Tbs. flour, sifted
1 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1/8 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, broken
1 pre-baked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º F. Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour, sour cream, lemon extract and salt. Cook in double boiler for about 45 minutes (until thickened custard) Spoon into pie shell. Beat egg whites, add brown sugar. Stir in pecans and spread over filling. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Easy and delicious!
