2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 Tbs. cocoa
1 c. Coca~Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs, well-beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. marshmallows

Icing:
1/2 c. butter
3 Tbs. cocoa
6 Tbs. Coca~Cola
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. pecans, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Sift flour. Combine flour and sugar in a large bowl. Melt butter with cocoa. Remove from heat and pour over flour and sugar mixture. Add cola, buttermilk, salt, soda and eggs; mix well. Stir in vanilla and marshmallows. (Marshmallows will float on top.) Pour batter into a 9x13” pan. (This will be a thin batter.) Bake for 45 minutes. While baking, prepare icing as follows. Ice while hot.
Icing: Combine butter, cocoa and cola in a saucepan; bring to a boil. When butter has melted, remove from heat and add sugar, nuts and vanilla. Mix well and spread on hot cake while still in pan.
