6-8 large, ripe tomatoes
6 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1 box Italian flavored bread croutons
1-16 oz. container ricotta cheese
1/2 c. half & half
1 Tbs. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sweet onion, chopped
1 Tbs. fresh garlic, chopped
1 Tbs. fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tbs. fresh basil, chopped
6 slices Munster cheese

Preheat oven to 425º F. Remove tops of tomatoes and scoop out insides. Drain on paper towel. Mix ricotta, half & half, salt, sugar, peppers, onions, garlic, parsley and basil. Add mozzarella, feta and croutons and stir to distribute. Place equal amount of mixture into tomatoes and place in baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Lay one slice of Munster cheese on top of each tomato while hot. Serves 6-8 people. Enjoy! This one is practically world famous!
