1 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbs. butter, melted
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F. Mix all ingredients as listed in mixing bowl. Pour into greased 8” pan. Grease pan with bacon grease for more flavor. Bake until golden brown.
