1 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbs. Old Bay seasoning

1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
fresh ground pepper
2 Tbs. butter
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º F. Carefully pick crabmeat removing all cartilage. In medium pan, melt butter; mix in flour. Slowly add milk stirring constantly to combine and prevent lumps. Cook, stirring over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. Mix in onion, Worcestershire, Old Bay and bread cubes. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Fold in mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper. In another pan, heat butter until lightly browned. Add crabmeat and toss gently. Combine with sauce mixture. Divide mixture into individual shells or ramekins (or greased 1 quart casserole dish). Sprinkle with paprika. Bake until hot and bubbly and lightly browned on top, About 10-15 minutes. This recipe is very rich and delicious! Can be served alone or with crostini and/or fresh bread cubes. It is also delicious as a stuffing for fish such as flounder.
