1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 tbs. snipped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. canola oil
1-10 oz. jar grape jelly
1 jar chili sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first nine ingredients thoroughly to combine, and form into 1" balls. Fry in canola oil until browned. Drain on paper towels. Heat chili sauce and grape jelly in large saucepan until melted, stirring constantly. Add meatballs and stir to coat. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve in hot chafing dish. Makes about 5 dozen meatballs.

This recipe is courtesy of Marie Davis-Carrouth. My beloved grandmother. The grape jelly with chili sauce sounds outrageous, but it works. You just have to try it.
