1 bottle Sam Adams
12 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
9 oz. Ementhaler swiss cheese
1 tbs. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
fresh cracked pepper

Directions:

Mix cheeses with flour at a ratio of approx. 70% cheddar to 30% swiss and set aside. Heat beer in fondue pot until it steams. Add garlic and dissolve in beer. Add mixture of both cheeses and stir swiftly until desired consistency. Add mustard, Worcestershire, and pepper to taste. Serve with bread (white, rye, pumpernickel), apples, celery, carrots, and cauliflower.
