1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs. milk
1 jar chipped beef
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 Tbs. minced onion
salt and pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbs. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Mix together all ingredients except pecans and butter. Melt butter, stir in pecans and pour over mixture. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
