1 lb. crab meat (backfin or lump preferred)
3-8 oz. pkgs. of cream cheese
3 tsp. of horseradish
3 tsp. of powdered sugar
2 tsp. of worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. of old bay seasoning
1 tsp. of lemon juice
1 tsp. of parsley
3 Tbs. of finely minced onion

Preheat oven to 350º F. Soften cream cheese in microwave and add all ingredients except crabmeat. After all have been blended together, gently fold in crabmeat and spread in a 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole dish. Warm in oven for about 20 minutes then place under broiler just long enough to brown top. Shredded cheddar cheese can be sprinkled on top before placing in broiler if preferred. Serve with crackers or warm french bread. Approximately 8-10 servings.
