1/2 cup raisins
Boiling water
14 to 16 unbaked tart shells
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar
1 cup corn syrup
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Pour sufficient boiling water over raisins to cover them. Let stand until plumped, then drain and dry with paper toweling. Arrange in tart shells. Stir the butter and sugar together. Add the corn syrup, eggs, salt and vanilla. Combine until just blended. Spoon into unbaked tart shells, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Do not allow filling to bubble over.
