1 box cake mix
add 1 additional egg to what the box calls for
use melted butter for the oil and double the amount
use milk instead of water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Fill cups 3/4 full. Lower oven temp to 325º F and insert cupcakes. Bake for 25 minutes.
