1 small bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
1 small bunch of fresh cilantro, chopped
8 cloves of garlic, minced
3/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. white wine or sherry wine vinegar
3 Tbs. lime juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground cumin

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse gently but do not puree.
