1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. onion, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato soup, divided
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, rice, egg, onion, salt, 1/4 cup tomato soup, and worcestershire sauce. Mix thoroughly. Form into meatballs using about 2 tablespoons mixture in each one. Brown meatballs in hot oil. Pour off excess grease and add remaining tomato soup and water. Cover and simmer about 40 minutes or until rice is done. Makes about 2 dozen meatballs.
