1 lb mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
1/2 c. butter
2 T flour
1/2 c. half and half
1/4 c. chicken stock
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. fresh Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter dish. Arrange mushrooms stem side up. Melt butter in pan over low. Increase to medium high blending in flour and cook 3 min. stirring constantly.
Pour in half and half and stock and bring to boil. Pour sauce in each mushroom cap and evenly over mushrooms.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over all.
Bake 30 min. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake 5 more minutes.
