2 - 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed well
2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup Parmesan cheese plus extra for topping
1 onion, chopped and sautéed in butter
1 16 oz. carton sour cream
8 oz. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese

Combine above ingredients. Sprinkle with additional Kraft Parmesan Cheese on top. Bake in 350 oven for 30 min. until 'bubbly'.
