1 lb center cut smoked bacon
1 pkg. Little Smokies sausages
Light Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each strip around a little sausage. Place the wrapped sausages on wooden skewers, several to a skewer. Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and sprinkle them liberally with brown sugar.
3.Bake until bacon is crisp and the brown sugar melted. This should take 40-50 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Turn skewers once or twice during cooking process to ensure bacon is cooked. Be careful not to burn as sugar gets very hot and bubbles on pan. You can roll bacon and smokies in brown sugar before rolling for added sweetness. This was the first appetizer to go at a recent party!
