10 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and undrained
16 oz container small curd cottage cheese
4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled (about 1 cup)
1/4 c butter, melted
3 tbs all purpose flour
5 lg eggs, beaten to blend

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Butter 6 to 8 c souffle dish. Place spinach in large bowl. Mix in cottage cheese, Gorgonzola cheese, melted butter and flour. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add eggs and stir until well blended. Transfer mixture to prepared dish.
Bake until spinach mixture is set in center, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
